Wintana Tesfai gained many years of experience working as an airline ticket agent. The extended years of experience has helped her to improve her leadership skills and refine her organizational skills as well.
She went to Montgomery College in the United States and earned her Associate Degree in General Studies and pursued her education which enabled her to achieve a Microsoft Certification in SQL Developer in 2017.

She is now working at Selamta Immigration Services as the Administrative Assistant since 2018. While working for the company, it’s easy to see that both her work and work ethic are deeply influenced by the empathy she has for each case that she gets assigned works on.
